我厂精矿工段有两台PL250型斗式提升机,在提升粉矿中,由于机械磨损与矿温较高的影响,有时出现提升机套筒滚子链外链板脱落,发生断链事故。修复时,要4个人将提升机顶壳拆开,同时还需将底部链轮拆松,才能接好链条,需要2h,劳动强度大,修复时间长。鉴于此情况,我们制作了一种接链工具(图1),用这种工具接链,不必拆开顶部壳体,底部链轮也不必拆松,只要1个人在观察孔(900×400)作业20min,即可快速将断链
