新疆油田采油二厂六中区热采站凸起下段薄层砂岩稠油油藏,油层厚度较薄、净总比低、储层出砂严重、原油粘度变化大。基于存在问题和开发难点,开展了热采配套工艺技术研究,包括热采防砂工艺的研究、注汽管柱结构的优化、注汽参数的优化,通过以上技术集成形成了六中区薄层特稠油油藏独有的开发配套技术。
The No.6 Zhongzhan thermal recovery station of Xinjiang Oilfield No.2 Thermal Recovery Station protrudes from the thin sandstone thick oil reservoir in the lower section of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The reservoir has a thin thickness, a low net ratio, serious sand production and a large change in the viscosity of the crude oil. Based on existing problems and difficulties in development, research on thermal recovery and briquetting technology has been carried out, including research on thermal recovery and sand control technology, optimization of steam injection pipe string structure and optimization of steam injection parameters. Through the above technologies, Heavy oil reservoir unique development supporting technology.
