采用先进的技术设备QC20-W型球杆仪,对NVL600立式加工中心的误差进行了检测与分析,寻找到了影响机床精度的主要因素。实施了Y轴的反向间隙补偿与机床导轨的更换和维修,消除了反向间隙和垂直度误差对机床加工精度的影响。修复并提高了加工中心的加工精度。
The use of advanced technology and equipment QC20-W-type ball bar instrument, NVL600 vertical machining center of the error were detected and analyzed to find the main factors affecting machine accuracy. Implementation of the Y-axis backlash compensation and machine tool guideway replacement and maintenance, eliminating the backlash and verticality error on the machining accuracy. Repair and improve the machining center processing accuracy.
