对江西紫金牛属12种植物17个样本及外类群柳叶密花树的核ITS序列和叶绿体trnL-F序列进行最大简约法(MP)和邻接法(NJ)分析,两种方法得到的系统发育树基本一致。基于trnL-F序列所建立的系统发育树将19个样本聚类成6个分支,而基于ITS序列建立的系统发育树将18个样本聚类成2个分支,说明紫金牛属并不是一个单系类群。基于ITS序列建立的系统发育树将腋序组(Ⅰ)和锯齿组(Ⅲ)聚在一起,说明这两个组有较近的关系,而圆齿组(Ⅱ)稍远。基于ITS序列所建立的系统树将4个紫金牛样本聚类成2支,说明紫金牛的群体中至少存在两个核基因组类型,根据染色体数、ITS序列和trnL-F序列综合分析,推测紫金牛很可能是异源四倍体。
The ITS and chloroplast trnL-F sequences of 17 samples from 12 species of Phyllostachys in Jiangxi province and the exotic population were analyzed by MP and NJ. The results obtained by the two methods Developmental tree basically the same. Based on the phylogenetic tree established by the trnL-F sequence, 19 samples were clustered into 6 branches, while the phylogenetic tree based on ITS sequences clustered 18 samples into 2 branches, indicating that the genus Purple is not a single Department of taxa. The phylogenetic tree based on ITS sequences gathered the axillary group (Ⅰ) with the sawtooth group (Ⅲ), indicating a closer relationship between the two groups, while the cynomolgus group (Ⅱ) was a little further away. Based on the phylogenetic tree established by ITS sequences, four purple gold samples were clustered into two clusters, indicating that there are at least two nuclear genomic groups in the population of purple golden cattle. According to the analysis of chromosome number, ITS sequence and trnL-F sequence, Cattle are most likely allotetraploid.
