目的通过对2015-2016年陕西省保健用品质量状况的分析研究,针对存在的突出问题提出对策。方法按照各产品的企业标准检测理化指标、按照陕西省、吉林省《保健用品微生物限度检查》等标准方法检测微生物指标。结果2015年不合格17批,合格率为85.8%,不合格项中包括理化指标14批和微生物指标4批。2016年不合格17批,合格率为83.0%,不合格项中包括理化指标6批和微生物指标14批。结论保健用品特别是保健贴质量存在问题,主要表现在标称原料含量不足和微生物污染,提示应重视保健用品的质量控制,以提高产品质量。
Objective To analyze the quality status of health care products in Shaanxi Province from 2015 to 2016 and put forward countermeasures against the outstanding problems. Methods The physical and chemical indexes were tested according to the enterprise standard of each product, and the microbiological indexes were tested according to the standard methods such as the limit test of microorganisms in health products in Shaanxi Province and Jilin Province. Results 17 failed batches in 2015, with a pass rate of 85.8%. The unqualified items included 14 batches of physical and chemical indicators and 4 batches of microbial indicators. In 2016, 17 batches failed, with a pass rate of 83.0%. The unqualified items included 6 batches of physical and chemical indicators and 14 batches of microbial indicators. Conclusion Health care products, especially health care paste quality problems, mainly in the nominal lack of raw materials and microbial contamination, suggesting that quality control of health care products should be emphasized in order to improve product quality.
