作者应用光弹实验,分析了根管治疗牙用不同修复方法对应力传至支持组织的影响。采用弹性模量420×10~3磅/吋~2的光弹材料模拟支持组织。选择6颗完整拔除的单根前磨牙,常规根管治疗后,用 Teflon 圆柱作为模具,将牙根包埋于光弹材料内。30kg 的静载荷沿两个方向加于牙齿的中央沟:(1)沿牙长轴作垂直向加载;(2)与牙长轴成30°角斜向加载。
The author applied the photoelastic experiment to analyze the influence of different repair methods on the stress transmission to the supporting tissues of the root canal treatment teeth. Photoelastic materials with elastic modulus of 420 × 10 ~ 3lbs / 2 were used to simulate the support structure. Six intact single premolar teeth were selected. After conventional root canal treatment, Teflon cylinders were used as the mold to root the root in the photoelastic material. A static load of 30 kg was applied to the central groove of the tooth in two directions: (1) vertical loading along the long axis of the tooth; (2) oblique loading at 30 ° to the long axis of the tooth.
