结肠手术最易污染切口和腹腔,故术前做好肠道准备以预防感染是十分重要的。为探讨新的肠道准备用药,我院自1980年4月至1984年8月对34例施行结肠手术的患者于术前采用灭滴灵准备肠道,收到了满意效果。现报告于下。
