目的 :研室Rab - 5A基因表达与胃癌、结肠癌临床病理因素的相关性 ,初步探讨细胞信号转导因子Rab - 5A与肿瘤的关系。方法 :本实验用免疫组化技术结果表明 :Rab - 5A的表达在正常组织中不表达 ,而在癌组织中有不同程度的表达 (P <0 .0 1)。胃癌、结肠癌中Rab - 5A的表达与组织学分型、分化、Ducks分期、淋巴结转移均有明显相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :Rab - 5A是一个可能与胃癌、结肠癌、转移相关的基因 ,并且还可能与它们的分化程度有关。另外 ,Rab - 5A的表达程度与胃癌、结肠癌病程相关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the correlation between Rab - 5A gene expression and clinical and pathological factors of gastric cancer and colon cancer and to explore the relationship between Rab - 5A cell signal transduction factor and tumor. Methods: The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of Rab - 5A was not expressed in normal tissues but different in cancerous tissues (P <0.01). The expression of Rab - 5A in gastric cancer and colon cancer was significantly correlated with the histological type, differentiation, Ducks stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion: Rab - 5A is a potential gene associated with gastric cancer, colon cancer and metastasis, and may be related to their differentiation degree. In addition, the expression of Rab - 5A is related to the course of gastric cancer and colon cancer.
