铁对大豆叶绿素,抗坏血酸的形成,积累有积极作用。缺铁胁迫大豆过氧化物值增高,硝酸还原酶,过氧化酶等活性下降。叶绿素a、b含量降低。本文发现品种间对缺铁胁迫存在差异,以跃进5号,中油83—19对铁敏感,郑长叶7号较耐。大豆根部过氧化物酶活性高低,与品种特性有关,凡生长发育早或快的品种,根系过氧化物酶活性高峰出现早。 Iron has a positive effect on the accumulation of chlorophyll and ascorbate in soybean. Under the iron deficiency, the soybean peroxide value increased, and the activity of nitrate reductase and peroxidase decreased. Chlorophyll a, b content decreased. This paper found that there was a difference in iron deficiency among cultivars, with Yuejin5 and Zhongyou83-19 being sensitive to iron and Zhengchangye7 being more resistant. Soybean root peroxidase activity level, and the characteristics of varieties, where growth and development of early or fast varieties, the root activity of peroxidase peak early.
