浙政发[2012]55号各市、县(市、区)人民政府,省政府直属各单位:省政府同意省文化厅报送的第四批浙江省非物质文化遗产名录(202项),现予公布。请抓紧制订各项目保护规划、明确保护责任、落实保护措施。各地、各有关部门要坚持“保护为主、抢救第一、合理利用、传承发展”的工作方针,切实做好非物质文化遗产的保护、管理、开发和利用,为加快文化强省建设、推动文化大发展大繁荣作出新的贡献。
Zhejiang Zhengfa [2012] No. 55 People’s governments of all cities and counties (cities / districts) and provincial governments directly under the Central Government: The provincial government approved the fourth batch of 202 items of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Zhejiang Province submitted by the Provincial Department of Culture, To be announced. Please pay close attention to formulating the project protection plan, clearly protect the responsibility, the implementation of protective measures. All localities and all relevant departments should adhere to the working guideline of “protecting first, rescuing first, utilizing rationally and inheriting development”, and earnestly do well in the protection, management, development and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage.
