为探究附面层抽吸对跨声速压气机气动性能的影响,本研究利用数值方法对跨声速压气机转子进行模拟研究。在低抽吸流量下,对比单抽吸槽及双抽吸槽对跨声速压气机转子内部流动的改善效果,观察原型及转子压气机内部的流动状态,发现:抽吸流量为主流1%时,机匣周向槽抽吸处理可以改善转子上端流道流动状态,最大可使效率提高1.21%,压比提高2.53%,单抽吸槽抽吸效果更佳。
In order to explore the influence of overburden on the aerodynamic performance of transonic compressor, a numerical method was used to simulate the transonic compressor rotor. Under low suction flow rate, the effect of single suction slot and double suction slot on the internal flow of transonic compressor rotor was compared. The prototype and the flow state inside the rotor compressor were observed. It was found that when the suction flow rate was 1% The casing circumferential groove suction treatment can improve the flow state of the upper runner of the rotor, which can increase the efficiency up to 1.21% and the pressure ratio up to 2.53%, and the suction effect of a single suction well is better.
