人字齿同步带传动因承载能力大、传动误差小、噪声低等特点备受关注。分析人字齿同步带和带轮齿廓曲线参数,利用高阶切触阶啮合理论建立带齿和轮齿齿廓方程。对人字齿同步带模具齿廓曲面加工特性进行研究,并根据坐标变换和齿轮啮合原理推导人字齿同步带模具曲面方程。最后提出一种用于同时生产多根人字齿同步带的组合分拆式模具,并成功用于指导企业生产。
Herringbone teeth synchronous belt drive due to the carrying capacity, transmission error is small, low noise characteristics of much concern. The teeth tooth profile and pulley profile curve parameters are analyzed, and the tooth profile equation with teeth and gear teeth is established by using the theory of high-order tangent-order meshing. The research on the processing characteristics of tooth profile and curved surface of herringbone timing belt die is deduced. The equation of die surface of herringbone tooth timing belt is deduced according to the principle of coordinate transformation and gear meshing. Finally, a combined split mold for simultaneous production of a plurality of herringbone timing belts is proposed and used successfully to guide the production of an enterprise.
