Arrived in Cambridge, Cambridge feel too traditional, a history of more than 800 years of accumulation of schools, abide by the rules and regulations, the level of heavy colors, worried that can not adapt. As I walked deeper into it, I gradually realized that the strict hierarchy shown in these rules and regulations was not a hierarchical system of administrative and personal qualifications but an academic rank that respected knowledge. For example, only academicians have parking spaces, and only academicians are eligible to walk on the lawn. For formal meetings, we can see the rank of different people in knowledge achievement from wearing dress. Some of these traditions are formal systems, others are conventions.
