The Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee put forth efforts to build a strong socialist country, deepen the reform of the cultural system and promote the great prosperity and development of socialist culture. In the whole society, it has created a strong atmosphere of attaching importance to culture and developing culture. It has also greatly promoted the cultural construction and innovation of state-owned enterprises.
