楼盘名片魅力之城位于九堡艮山东路、德胜路北侧,杭海路以西,九环路与九盛路交汇处。该项目总占地约126亩,总建筑面积约19万平方米,由多幢小高层、高层以及点式高层形成四大居住组团,规划供应总套数近2000户,绿化率达30%。楼盘进度魅力之城预计今年4月底首次开盘,将推出8号、9号两幢高层,共计约180套房源,开盘均价预计为7100元/㎡。项目计划一期于2008年年底整体交付。二期地块计划于2007年下半年动工,预计2009年底交付。
