《致总统的信》。一个在农村工作了35年的国营农场场长向国家最高领导人倾吐肺腑之言,忧国忧民,献计献策,是难能可贵的。从这封信中我们可以了解到今天俄罗斯农村的现实生活。《信》的核心是提出农业体制如何转变的问题,其中包括集体农庄和国营农场的解体,私营农场体制的确立,对个体农业主的政策,国家对农业的投资,工业对农业的支援等等……如欲了解详情,不妨读读这封《致总统的信》。
Letter to the President. It is commendable that a head of state-owned farms who have been working in rural areas for 35 years should pour out his heartfelt wishes to the top leaders of the country, cherish the worries of the country and give advice and suggestions. From this letter, we can understand the real life in the Russian countryside today.
