本文采用显微解剖、组织学连续切片、三维立体重建和电镜观察,研究了10例唇裂者口轮匝肌的错位排列,其主要结果如下:1.单侧完全唇裂的外侧部,肌束从口角沿唇缘行向上内,终止于裂缘下段外侧的真皮中,另一部分在裂缘外侧折向上,终止于鼻翼基部,在单侧唇裂的内侧部,人中部肌肉发育不良,肌纤维之间有线粒体积聚。2.双侧完全唇裂,人中部主要由胶原纤维和血管网组成,未见有肌纤维。3.正中完全唇裂,缺乏鼻小柱,牙槽骨正中有一缺损。
