舰船所携淡水多为自来水,除含有氯臭味外,还会因装载和长期航行而导致细菌污染,因此,对现有水质进行深度洁治处理是必要的。本研究所研制的净水器的处理系统由初滤、净化再生装置和灭菌器组成,净化材料主要为蜂房式管状滤芯和粒状活性炭等。为了观察净水器的实际作用,曾先后进行了水中感官性状指标的处理,水中余氯的脱除试验和水中有机物的去除效果观察以及粒状活性炭对菌水的净化效果试验等。此外,还进行了净化器的实船试验,观察了装置在实船条件下的净化效果和技术性能考核等。
In addition to containing chlorine odor, the ships carry fresh water mostly as tap water, but bacterial contamination due to loading and long-term voyages is also necessary. Therefore, deep treatment of existing water quality is necessary. The research institute developed water purifier treatment system by the initial filter, purifying regeneration device and sterilizer composition, purification materials mainly honeycomb tubular filter and granular activated carbon. In order to observe the actual role of water purifiers, has conducted a sensory tracing of water indicators in the treatment of residual chlorine in water removal and removal of organic matter in water observation and granular activated carbon purification of bacteria and water purification effect test. In addition, a real-life experiment of the purifier was also conducted to observe the purifying effect and technical performance evaluation of the device under the conditions of a real ship.
