近些年来,我国大学生“就业难”的问题已越来越突出,受到社会各界的广泛关注。本文以高职毕业生在就业中所占据的优势和其自身的特点为起点,探讨了高职毕业生的起薪、就业状况及其他们在劳动力市场中所处的地位等问题。
In recent years, the issue of “employment difficulties” for undergraduates in our country has become more and more prominent and has drawn wide attention from all sectors of society. This paper starts with the advantages and characteristics of graduates from higher vocational schools in employment and probes into the starting salaries, employment conditions and other positions they occupy in the labor market.
