崇义县位于江西西南边陲,集山区、库区和边缘区于一体。近十年来,党和政府高度重视库区群众脱贫致富,不断加大资金的投入和扶持的力度,库区群众生活条件得到了改善,基础设施得到了加强。但是仍存在一些问题:一是库区一半以上人口因水污染造成饮水困难;二是部分地方仍存在行路难、上学难、求医难等问题;三是库区农民人均收入仍低于全县农民人均收入,且增收后劲不强;四是主导产业不大,难以形成辐射带动作用。面对新一轮的扶贫开发,笔者认为,应进一步
Chongyi County is located in Jiangxi Province, southwest border, set mountain, reservoir and fringe in one. In the past ten years, the party and the government have attached great importance to striving to get rid of poverty and become rich in the reservoir area. They have continuously increased the input and support of capital. The living conditions of the people in the reservoir area have been improved and the infrastructure has been strengthened.
