两面针结晶-8(下简称结晶-8)系从芸香科植物两面针(Zanthdxylum niti-dum)根中提出的一种单体(分子式为C_(20)H_(18)O_(61)结构待定)。药理试验结果,结晶-8腹腔或脑室注射后15～90分钟内有中枢性镇痛作用,其镇痛作用与脑内DA、5-HT递质水平有关。临床用于治疗各类疼痛患者96例,镇痛效果良好。近年来有些学者报告针麻与血浆cAMP、cGMP的关系。本文主要观察结晶-8对小鼠血浆cAMP、cGMP含量的影响,并讨论结晶-8镇痛作用与cAMP、cGMP的关系,
Two-sided needle crystals-8 (hereinafter referred to as crystals-8) are a type of monomer proposed by the Zanthdxylum niti-dum root (molecular formula C_(20)H_(18)O_(61) structure to be determined ). As a result of pharmacological tests, crystallization-8 has a central analgesic effect within 15 to 90 minutes after intraperitoneal or intracerebroventricular injection, and its analgesic effect is related to DA and 5-HT neurotransmitter levels in the brain. Clinically used for the treatment of 96 patients with various types of pain, analgesic effect is good. In recent years, some scholars have reported the relationship between acupuncture and plasma cAMP and cGMP. This article mainly observed the effect of crystalline -8 on plasma cAMP and cGMP levels in mice, and discussed the relationship between crystallization-8 analgesia and cAMP and cGMP.
