利用Thermo-Calc热力学计算软件模拟计算0.6wt%~2.0wt%Cr含量55SiCr弹簧钢相图和在25℃、100℃时的平衡相类型及含量,分析了Cr含量对55SiCr钢脱碳性能的影响。结果表明,55SiCr钢在25℃和100℃下平衡相都为铁素体、石墨碳、M3C2和M7C3碳化物,且随着Cr含量的升高,石墨碳降低,M3C2总量升高,提高Cr含量对于提高55SiCr钢性能和控制脱碳都有利。
Using Thermo-Calc thermodynamic calculation software to simulate the phase diagram of 55SiCr spring steel with 0.6wt% ~ 2.0wt% Cr content and the equilibrium phase and content at 25 ℃ and 100 ℃, the effect of Cr content on the decarburization properties of 55SiCr steel was analyzed . The results show that the equilibrium phase of 55SiCr steel is ferrite, graphite carbon, M3C2 and M7C3 carbides at 25 ℃ and 100 ℃. With the increase of Cr content, the graphite carbon decreases, the total amount of M3C2 increases, and the Cr The content is beneficial for improving 55SiCr steel performance and controlling decarburization.
