目的:研究罗勒从新疆引种到杭州后的生态适应性;研究不同采收期、干燥方式、不同部位的罗勒挥发油含量差异。方法:按照2010版中国药典的挥发油测定法提取罗勒挥发油。结果:晒干的干燥方式最有利于提取到更多的罗勒挥发油;9月3日采收的罗勒生物学产量最大;含油量罗勒花最高,而茎秆非常低。结论:罗勒完全能够适应杭州的生态环境,每年种植两季可显著提高经济效益;只收获叶和花有利于降低运输成本,提高得油率。
OBJECTIVE: To study the ecological adaptability of basil after introduction from Hangzhou into Hangzhou and to study the difference of volatile oil content of basil in different harvesting periods, drying methods and different parts. Methods: According to the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia volatile oil determination method to extract basil volatile oil. Results: Drying was the best way to extract more basil volatile oil. The yield of basil collected on September 3 was the highest. The content of basil was the highest, while the stem was very low. Conclusion: Basil can fully adapt to the ecological environment of Hangzhou. The planting of two seasons each year can significantly increase economic benefits. Only the harvest of leaves and flowers will help to reduce transportation costs and increase oil yield.
