Art is sometimes close at hand. It is on the street where you live, and as you pass by, you can see that it is upstairs across from you, and that it is not far away that you open the window; it is even possible that it is only separated from you by a wall. The nicest thing to do is to live in a home called Hendrick House in Parkwijk, a post-war built-up area in Haarlem, the Netherlands. The “L” -type house with 106 apartments was built in collaboration with the artist Heren5 and the artist Boris Tellegen. It is located at the junction of two roads and forms a semi-enclosed yard. Forming It is not hard to understand why a building at a road intersection chooses the “L” shape, but this is not a standard “L” shape. It is more like a mosaic of several small and medium-sized buildings Building groups.
