村党组织是党在农村全部工作和战斗力的基础,在农村社会阶层分化条件下,村党组织的构建显得尤为重要。本文采用文献资料分析的方法,以新时期农村社会阶层分化为背景,以大方县为例研究西部山区农村社会阶层分化的现状以及农村社会阶层分化条件下村党组织建设面临的新问题。
The village party organization is the basis for all the party’s work and combat effectiveness in rural areas. Under the condition of the differentiation of rural social strata, the construction of village party organizations is particularly important. This paper adopts the method of literature analysis, taking the differentiation of rural social strata as the background, taking Dafang County as an example to study the status quo of rural social stratification in mountainous areas in western China and the new problems facing the construction of rural Party organizations under the stratification of rural social strata.
