二张籼稻分子连锁图谱的构建

应用二对亲本间多态性均高达73%的杂交组合(特三矮2号/CB和外引2号/CB),分别建立二个籼型F2遗传群体,在此基础上,分别构建二张涉及12条染色体的籼稻RFLP连锁图谱。在特三矮2号/CB的图谱上,定位了89个标记位点,总图距为14104cM,标记位点间平均图距为183cM;外引2号/CB的图谱上有93个标记位点,总图距为13285cM,平均为164cM。二张图谱具有较高的相似性,且对水稻基因组覆盖率高,标记位点不存在明显的偏态分离,同时在图谱上分布较均匀且致密,是开展水稻重要农艺性状基因定位尤其是QTL定位的理想图谱。 Two indica F2 genetic populations were established using two crosses (Te3ziao2 / CB and Cited2 / CB) with the polymorphisms of both parents as high as 73% Based on this, two RFLP linkage maps of indica rice with 12 chromosomes were constructed respectively.
