小球藻注射剂的初步研究(一)

小球藻属小球藻科(Chlorellaccae)球形草细胞的绿藻,我国常见的有淀粉核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa Chick)和普通小球藻(Chlorejla vulgaris Beijerinck)两种。我院供制备注射剂是采用硫酸铵,苍术和人尿混合培养液培养而得,并经鉴定为淀粉核小球藻。据文献报导小球藻一般含有蛋白质50%,脂肪5—10%,碳水化合物35%以及多种维生素(A_1、B_1、B_2、B_6、B_(12)、C、D、K、尼古酸、汛酸、叶酸、促生素)以及0.1—0.27%的甾醇;

Chlorella genus Chlorellaccae is a kind of green algae of Chrysocolla, Chlorella pyrenoidosa Chick and Chlorejla vulgaris Beijerinck. The preparation for injection in our hospital was obtained by the culture of ammonium sulfate, herb and human urine, and was identified as Chlorella pyrenoidosa. According to the literature, chlorella generally contains 50% of protein, 5-10% of fat, 35% of carbohydrates, and a variety of vitamins (A_1, B_1, B_2, B_6, B_(12), C, D, K, nicotinic acid, Citric acid, folic acid, and somatotropin) and 0.1-0.27% sterols;
