观察、测定了来源不同的球孢白僵菌19个菌株的毒力、产孢量、萌发中时、水分活性、紫外照射活率、水浴活率等多个生物及生态学指标。从专业角度构建最优序列,经灰色分析,以供试菌株Bb54具最大灰关联度(r=0.9490),故将其确定为标准菌株。将标准菌株毒力与其它菌株相比较,得到不同菌株的毒力效价单位,其中以Bb13的效价最高,为1148.65,其次为Bb86,效价1125.16,两者的灰关联度分别为0.8813及0.8950。本文的研究结果为虫生真菌的标准化提供了方法上的参考。
Observed and measured a number of different sources of Beauveria bassiana 19 strains of virulence, sporulation, germination, water activity, UV irradiation activity, water bath activity and other biological and ecological indicators. The optimal sequence was constructed from a professional point of view, and the maximum gray relational grade (r = 0.9490) was obtained from the test strain Bb54 by gray analysis. Therefore, it was identified as a standard strain. The virulence of standard strains was compared with other strains to get the virulence units of different strains. Among them, the highest titers of Bb13 were 1148.65, the second was Bb86, the titer was 1125.16, the gray relational degree Respectively 0.8813 and 0.8950. The results of this paper provide a methodological reference for the standardization of entomogenous fungi.
