This article analyzes the autopsy confirmed 40 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease types, including 29 women, 11 men. Age 90 ~ 103 years old, average 94 years old. Twenty-one (57%) died in the coldest months of 11, 12, January and February, and 11 (30%) died in June, July, August and September. An autopsy found 39 patients had one or more of the important heart disease, the most common is epicardial coronary calcium deposition, 37 cases, accounting for 92%. In 28 patients (70%), one or more of the four major coronary arteries caused by atherosclerotic plaque were 76% ~ 100% stenosis and the average number of stenosis in each case was 1.9 / 4.0.
