本文对我国少数民族传统医药的立法现状、立法基础和存在的问题进行初步探讨。对少数民族传统医药的立法保护是对我国各族人民宝贵文化、科学技术遗产的传承、保护和利用的重要组成部分;通过立法才能促进少数民族传统医药的发展,充分发挥其在卫生保健中的作用;对少数民族传统医药知识及权益的法规急待完善。
This article makes a tentative discussion on the legislative status quo, legislative basis and existing problems of the traditional minority medicine in our country.
