In February 2003, Jingjiang City, Jiangsu Province, delineated 60 square kilometers of land and signed a framework agreement with Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province to jointly build Jingjiang Park in Jiangyin Economic Development Zone and jointly develop the shoreline resources of the Yangtze River. Jingjiang and Jiangyin cut the boundary between the two rivers. The two places can break the restrictions in the administrative area and jointly develop the coastline of the Yangtze River. This brought a good start for the development of Jiangsu-Jiangsu-Suzhou-Jiangsu cross-river. Experts said that this is another pioneering step in the process of regional economic integration in the “Yangtze River Delta” and provides a new mode for the regional economic integration in the “Yangtze River Delta.” People start Jingjiang area, but 673 square feet
