一家地处中心城区的县(区)级工会,实现了组织建设的不拘一格,遍地开花。一户地处昆明城郊的制药企业,吸引了云南省委常委、昆明市委书记仇和带着400人的队伍前来参观视察。一个汇集了2000余人的劳务公司,成为农民工的温馨“大本营”。一家和辖区居民朝夕相处的社区工会,竭诚为务工者维权,成为社区工会规范化建设的代表。这一切,就发生在昆明市官渡区。2011年2月,官渡区总工会荣获“云南省工会工作先进县(市、区)”称号。
A county (district) level trade union located in a central urban area has achieved an eclectic organizational development and flourished everywhere. A pharmaceutical company located in the outskirts of Kunming attracted Yunnan Provincial Committee and Kunming Party Secretary Qiu He and his team of 400 people to come to visit. A collection of more than 2,000 labor services company, a migrant workers warm “base camp ”. A family union and residents of the area day and night to deal with community workers, dedicated to migrant workers rights protection, become the standardization of community trade union representatives. All this happens in Guandu District of Kunming. In February 2011, Guandu District Federation of Trade Unions won the title of “Advanced County (City, District) Work in Trade Union Work in Yunnan Province”.
