进入90年代后,东欧地区成为国际流动资本关注的焦点之一。东欧各国政府也希望吸收外国流动资本来参与本国的私有化以及经济转轨进程,以弥补国内资金方面的匮乏。匈牙利在引进外国流动资本方面成绩显薯。1991年国际流动资本对东欧的投资有60%落在匈牙利。本文将介绍外国流动资本在匈牙利的活动情况,探索大量外资流入匈牙利的原因,并简要分析外资对匈牙利经济、政治和社会造成的影响。
After entering the 90’s, Eastern Europe became one of the focuses of international mobile capital. Eastern European governments also hope to absorb foreign flow of capital to participate in their own privatization and economic transition process to make up for lack of domestic funds. Hungary made remarkable achievements in the introduction of foreign liquid capital. In 1991, 60% of the international liquidity investment in Eastern Europe fell on Hungary. This article will introduce the activities of foreign liquid capital in Hungary, explore the reasons for the inflow of large amounts of foreign capital into Hungary, and briefly analyze the impact of foreign investment on Hungary’s economy, politics and society.
