[目的]建立烟草中10种除草剂的GPC-GC分析方法,以进行烟草上除草剂快速检测。[方法]采用1%醋酸乙腈提取烟草中10种除草剂,经凝胶渗透色谱净化、气相色谱测定,外标法定量。[结果]10种除草剂在凝胶渗透色谱中的洗脱时间为15~30 min,在气相色谱中的相对保留时间为24.3~41.0 min。10种除草剂在烟草中平均添加回收率为83.8%~100.1%,相对标准偏差为1.93%~8.91%;检测限为0.001~0.004 mg/kg。[结论]方法操作简单、准确、灵敏度高、净化效果好,适合烟草中10种除草剂的残留分析。
[Objective] To establish a GPC-GC method for the determination of 10 herbicides in tobacco for the rapid detection of herbicides in tobacco. [Method] Ten herbicides from tobacco were extracted with 1% acetic acid acetonitrile and purified by gel permeation chromatography (GC). Gas chromatography and external standard method were used to quantify the herbicides. [Result] The elution time of 10 kinds of herbicides in gel permeation chromatography was 15 ~ 30 min, and the relative retention time in gas chromatography was 24.3 ~ 41.0 min. The average recoveries of 10 herbicides in tobacco were 83.8% ~ 100.1% with RSDs of 1.93% ~ 8.91%. The detection limits were 0.001 ~ 0.004 mg / kg. [Conclusion] The method was simple and accurate in operation, high in sensitivity and good in purifying effect and suitable for the residue analysis of ten herbicides in tobacco.
