目前,个人信贷业务已成为商业银行新的效益增长点,它的发展对改进商业银行的资产结构、优化盈利结构以及提升商业银行整体营销能力具有十分重要的战略意义。本文试图通过回顾境内外商业银行以及工商银行个人贷款发展历程,深入剖析个人信贷业务特点,探索业务经营规律,梳理业务风险管理要素,全面分析比较国内四大商业银行个人信贷营销管理体制,探索建立符合现代商业银行业务发展实际的个人信贷营销管理模式。
At present, the personal credit business has become a new profit growth point of commercial banks. Its development is of great strategic significance to improve the asset structure of commercial banks, optimize the profitability structure and enhance the overall marketing ability of commercial banks. This paper attempts to review the development history of personal loans by commercial banks and ICBC both at home and abroad, deeply analyze the characteristics of personal credit business, explore the law of business operation, sort out the elements of business risk management, comprehensively analyze and compare the personal credit marketing management system of the four domestic commercial banks, In line with the actual development of modern commercial banking personal credit marketing management.
