本文根据本人所参加的三次国际精密电磁测量会议(CPM92、CPEM94、CPEM96)、第19、20、21次电学咨询委员会会议(92、95和97年)和紧接着这几次会议之后召开的国际科技数据委员会基本物理常数任务组的四次会议所了解到的情况,予以简单的综合和介绍。因篇幅有限,本文中只着重介绍国际上电学计量的发展情况,当前各国在电磁计量方面的工作重点是:继续提高电单位复现及绝对测量的准确度,将量限及频率范围尽量向两端扩展,以满足经济及高科技发展的需要,同时还加大了对工业测量及现场检测的重视程度。本文主要分三个方面进行介绍:量子电学基准的发展和电单位的绝对测量;交直流阻抗、电量测量和交直流变换的发展动向;在国际上建立国家计量基准等的计量等效性框架和体系。
Based on the three international conferences on precision electromagnetic measurements (CPM92, CPEM94, CPEM96), the 19th, 20th, 21st Electrical Advisory Committee meetings (92, 95 and 97) and the International The situation learned by the four meetings of the Technical Data Committee Basic Physics Constants Task Group is briefly summarized and introduced.
