对香港中花芥兰在反季节水培条件下的生长动态、养分吸收特性和菜苔产量形成的研究表明,芥兰植株鲜重随生育进程而不断增加,播后30天植株鲜重占总生长量的5.04%,播后30—40天占13.37%,播后40—60天占81.59%,其变化动态与各器官鲜重的生长动态基本相似。对养分的吸收以钾最多、氮次之、磷最少,全生育期吸收氮磷钾的比例为5∶1∶8。菜苔产量形成应以采收主苔为主。
Studies on the growth dynamics, nutrient absorption characteristics and the yield of mulch in Chinese kale under the condition of counter-seasonal hydroponic culture showed that the fresh weight of kale plant increased with the growth process and the fresh weight of plant The growth rate was 5.04%, 13.37% after sowing for 30-40 days and 81.59% after sowing for 40-60 days.
