心房颤动的发生和维持机制复杂。目前的研究表明心房电重构和结构重构是心房颤动(AF)发生和持续的核心环节,主要包括电重构、结构重构和收缩功能重构三种形式。传统的复律、抗凝、控制心室率治疗已不足以满足患者的需要,与此相应,抗心房重构治疗代表了AF治疗的未来发展方向。目前在动物试验及临床研究中抗重构治疗已经取得了可喜的成果,本文综述了该领域研究的最新进展。
Atrial fibrillation occurs and maintains a complex mechanism. Current research shows that atrial electrical remodeling and remodeling are the core of the occurrence and persistence of atrial fibrillation (AF), including three types of electrical remodeling, structural remodeling and systolic functional remodeling. Traditional cardioversion, anticoagulation, ventricular rate control has not been sufficient to meet the needs of patients, and correspondingly, anti-atrial remodeling represents the future development of AF treatment. At present, the anti-remodeling treatment in animal experiments and clinical studies has made gratifying achievements. This article reviews the latest research progress in this field.
