本文是以尚彩公司为研究对象,介绍了该公司应收账款管理的现状,并分析了目前应收账款管理中存在的问题。根据应收账款管理中存在的问题,提出应收账款管理的方法和改进措施,建立健全应收账款制度,制定符合尚彩公司的信贷政策等。
This article takes Shangcai company as the research object, introduces the present situation of receivables management of the company, and analyzes the existing problems in receivables management. According to the problems existing in the management of accounts receivable, this paper puts forward the methods and improvement measures of accounts receivable management, establishes and improves the accounts receivable system and formulates the credit policy in line with Shangcai company.
