针对国内外主题网关重复建设的严重现象,分析主题网关之间合作的必要性,即合作有助于提高用户服务质量及主题网关本身的效率;提出主题网关合作的内容包括共享资源的元数据记录,共享用户信息,主题网关之间的跨搜索与跨浏览;探讨主题网关合作的实现方式,如鼓励多机构参与建设同一个主题网关,加强主题网关之间的互操作,建立国家的网络信息资源管理中心。
Aiming at the serious phenomenon of repetitive construction of thematic gateways both at home and abroad, it is necessary to analyze the cooperation between thematic gateways. That is to say, the cooperation helps to improve the service quality of users and the efficiency of thematic gateways themselves. The content of theme gateway cooperation includes the metadata records of shared resources , Sharing of user information, cross-search and cross-browsing of thematic gateways; exploring ways to implement thematic gateways such as encouraging multiple agencies to participate in building the same thematic gateways, strengthening interoperability among thematic gateways, and establishing national network information resources control center.
