2001年～2005年我国将实施国民经济和社会发展的第十个五年计划,国民经济将以年均7％的增幅持续上升,城镇居民人均可支配收入和农村居民人均纯收入年均增长将达5％左右,消费结构的恩格尔系数进一步降到40％以下,人民生活将迈向更加宽裕的小康生活。在此条件下,人们消费的目的不再只是单纯满足生存需要,而是更注重对生活的享受和对自我的实现。
From 2001 to 2005, China will implement the Tenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development. The national economy will continue to increase at an average annual growth rate of 7%. The average per capita disposable income of urban residents and the average annual net income of rural residents will increase. Up to 5%, the Engel’s coefficient of the consumption structure further falls below 40%, and people’s life will move towards a more affluent life. Under this condition, the purpose of people’s consumption is no longer simply to meet the needs of survival, but to pay more attention to the enjoyment of life and the realization of self.
