一、我国出版单位融资现状２０世纪９０年代以来，一些出版社、杂志社的领导转变观念，大胆运用融资手段，取得了一定的成果。如与书店参股开办特约经销店；吸引外商以知识产权和无形资产作为股份参与出版社或杂志社的经营；与新华书店或其他出版单位一起建立股份制的出版集团

Current Situation of the Financing of Publishing Units in China Since the 1990s, the leaders of some publishing houses and magazines have changed their concepts and made bold use of financing methods to achieve certain results. Such as bookstore shares with the establishment of special dealerships; to attract foreign intellectual property rights and intangible assets as a share to participate in the operation of the publishing house or magazine; together with the Xinhua Bookstore or other publishing units to establish a joint-stock publishing group
