目的优选通络止痛巴布剂的提取工艺。方法以蛇床子素含量及醚浸出物为评价指标,通过L9(34)正交试验对通络止痛巴布剂的提取工艺进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺为:60%乙醇提取3次每次1 h。结论该工艺稳定、合理、可行。
Objective To optimize Tongluo analgesic cataplasm extraction process. Methods Taking osthole content and ether extract as evaluation indexes, the extraction process of Tongluo analgesic poultice was optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal test. Results The best extraction process was as follows: 60% ethanol extraction 3 times each time 1 h. Conclusion The process is stable, reasonable and feasible.
