21世纪的中国正在全面建设特色社会主义经济市场,大力推进现代化经济建设,经济全球化的不断演变,使得各大企业间的市场竞争日益激烈。优化企业结构,深化机制改革,创造企业内部价值已经成为当前企业提高市场竞争力的重要抓手,业财融合作为全球企业管理发展的趋势,对企业的价值创造有着积极地影响。本文主要介绍了业财融合在我国推广的必要性,以及业财融合发展中存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出了优化建议。
In the 21st century, China is fully building a featured socialist market, vigorously promoting the construction of a modern economy and the continuous evolution of economic globalization, making the market competition among major enterprises increasingly fierce. Optimizing the structure of enterprises, deepening the reform of the mechanism and creating the internal value of enterprises have become the important starting point for the current enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness. As the trend of the development of global enterprise management, the industry and finance integration have a positive impact on the value creation of enterprises. This article mainly introduces the necessity of the promotion of industrial and financial integration in our country and the main problems existing in the development of industrial and financial integration, and puts forward some suggestions to these problems.
