自从利用土焦在冲天炉内化铁以来,曾出现了许多问题和困难。我们用的炉子是三吨带前炉三排风眼的冲天炉,炉膛直径800公厘,每排四个风眼。利用土焦以后熔化时间很短,大约开炉后两三个小时就会发生悬料或过桥堵塞现象,使得熔炼不能继续进行。另外铁水温度很难提高,一般只有1200℃左右,浇注大活还可以,浇注小活就会浇不足。并旦风眼常常被堵死,风眼处发黑。根据以上问题,我们进行了分析研究,找出一些解决办法。
