构建社会主义和谐社会张华祝委员:党中央“构建社会主义和谐社会”的提出非常及时而且很有必要。目前,我国人均收入已超过1200美元,进入社会发展的关键期。这个时期,社会民主与法制发展的很快,但是社会矛盾也很多,各种社会问题逐步暴露出来。有些问题如果我们不及时发现,采取妥善措施来解决,容易引起不稳定的因素。所以在矛盾凸显期,需要国家制定有力政策,政府坚持依法行政,共同搞好和谐社会的构建。让我们既能够保持一定的社会发展速度,又拥有一个稳定和谐的社会环境。
