从广东实际情况出发，分析了广东１９９７年春季以来一系列的气候异常现象及其原因；阐明了气候异常对农业生产的影响以及农业气象灾害的防御问题。
Based on the actual conditions in Guangdong, a series of climate anomalies and their causes have been analyzed since the spring of 1997 in Guangdong Province. The effects of climate anomalies on agricultural production and the defense of agricultural meteorological disasters have been clarified.
