With the application of modern means of information technology in society and the continuous expansion of the application scale, the application of the multimedia modern communication technology has gradually become integrated into the actual life of the general public. In this paper, 4G mobile network communication technology as the main research object, the application of new technology features made a detailed analysis and discussion. Combined with the actual living conditions of people in today’s society, the application and development of optical transmission and communication technologies in the context of 4G mobile communications are explored and elaborated.
