Comrade Zhou Yi, deputy secretary general of the Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Jia Pi-ji, deputy director of the provincial party committee general office and deputy director of the provincial archives administration, and Comrade Zhang Zhigong, deputy director of the provincial archives administration made separate reports.
