有效竞争、创新能力与产业链协作,是影响中国汽车产业竞争能力提升的关键因素。三个因素结合起来,形成了一个研究汽车产业竞争力的三维视角模型,用以研究我国新能源汽车产业的未来发展,具有较强的适应性和指导性。根据这个模型,应当进一步放松管制,鼓励有效竞争,降低行业“准入”门槛,坚决破除新能源汽车行业的“地方保护”;鼓励创新能力建设,鼓励技术、管理和商业模式的多元创新;强化产业链协作。政府要从三个维度互动的角度,注重协调,发挥合力,促进新能源汽车产业的发展。
Effective competition, innovation and collaboration with the industrial chain are the key factors influencing the competitiveness of China’s automobile industry. The combination of the three factors formed a three-dimensional perspective model for studying the competitiveness of the automobile industry to study the future development of China’s new energy automotive industry with strong adaptability and guidance. According to this model, we should further relax the control, encourage effective competition, lower the industry “access ” threshold, and resolutely break the “local protection ” of the new energy automotive industry; encourage innovation and capacity building to encourage technology, management and business model Multiple innovation; strengthen the industrial chain collaboration.
